To create an account on Language of Love and use the Service, you will need to create an “Account”. In order to create an account you must:
Be at least 18 years of age; and
Be a legal adult and capable of lawfully entering into and performing all the obligations set forth in the agreement.
Language of Love is not responsible for your use of the Services or the actions of other users with whom you may exchange information or have contact.
Account Registration: If you create a “User Account” and submit information to us, you must ensure that such information is accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You must promptly update your information in case of changes.
Member Account and Security: You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all the activities that occur under your account. In case of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you agree to notify us immediately.
For your use only: You may not use anyone else’s account at any point in time. You will not share or otherwise transfer your “User Account” details with any other person without permission. At the end of each session, you are responsible for logging out if your device is accessible to others. The Company will not be liable for any losses or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
We assure you to provide the best of our services, but if at any point you feel that you need to leave, you can terminate the use of Services by deleting your account. Your account will be deleted immediately. However, it may take a while for your content shared on the platform to be completely removed from the app. Language of Love has no obligation to retain a record of your content or account. That is, you are solely responsible for saving any data or backing up information of accounts you interacted with (for example, saving contact details or social handles of individuals you connect through Language of Love).
If you provide personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete, untrue, or not current, we have reasonable grounds to cross-check such information and have the right to suspend or terminate your account without any prior notice and refuse any current and future use of the Services.
You have the right to post any content on the Service owned by you, content for which you have received due permission from the owners, or in the public domain. Such content is the sole responsibility of the user who posts it. You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any content you post as a part of the service. We may delete the submissions or content at any time, for any reason, if any violation of guidelines or this agreement by your “User Account”, as determined by us, may lead to a ban or termination of your access.

You will not use the Services for any purposes that are illegal or prohibited;
You will not use the Services or any displayed information of other members to stalk, harass, abuse, defame, degrade, threaten, spam, solicit money or defraud any user;
You will not use the Services to include offensive, pornographic, violent, or otherwise any content which may offend human dignity;
You will not use the Services for commercial activities, such as sales, advertising, or posting website links;
You will not use the services to impersonate any person or include material on your profile that contains videos or photographs of another person without their consent; and
Post any material protected by copyright, trademark, or defamatory comments.
You agree to:
Use accurate information including your personal name;
Use the Service in a professional manner without breaching rules and regulations; and
Comply with prevailing laws, like privacy laws, intellectual property laws, and regulatory requirements.
You agree that you will not:
Misinterpret your personal information, such as your identity, your qualification, and your current or previous position;
Disclose any personal information that is bound to be protected;
Defraud or create any schemes or any other similar practices; and
Act in an unprofessional manner by using inaccurate information or being abusive and discriminatory.
In order to access the App, it requires that you may be a registered member of third party platforms and services like Apple, Google, or Facebook and provide certain account credentials. However, our platform doesn’t endorse any linked sites through advertising. Furthermore, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation with such links, found through the Service, are solely between you and such advertiser. We don’t control these third party sites or the actions of people associated with such dealings. With this, you agree that Language of Love will not be responsible for any sort of damage or loss incurred as a result of dealing with such advertisers on our platform.
You should carefully read the following 'End User License Agreement' before downloading or using 'Language of Love Application'. 'Language of Love' reserves the right any time and from time to time to change or modify this agreement with no prior notice.
This End-User License Agreement (this "Agreement") is a binding agreement between you, a user (“you” or “your”) of one of our mobile application products and "Language of Love App" (“Language of Love”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that governs the use of services made available through the Apple App Store (each, an “Application” or “App”, and collectively, “Applications” or “Apps”). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, then do not install or use the App. By explicitly accepting this EULA, however, by installing, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Services, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the following terms:
In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the terms of this EULA, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may also use the Services on the device you own or control and as permitted by the App Store terms of service. We reserve all other rights.
By creating an account with us you represent and warrant that:

Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law, rules, or regulation.

The use of this Application shall be strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement listed below and shall not:
Provide or promote content posted by you or other Users that infringes upon or otherwise violates the rights of any person or third party.
Use the App for commercial, sale, or business purposes.
Use the App in any manner to discriminate or encourage discrimination among people.
Use the App in any manner or any purpose except as expressly permitted by this agreement.
Use the App for selling, licensing, or purchasing platform data.
Transfer possession of the application to any other person.
Make use of the application to or for the benefit of any other person with or without charge.
Attempt to decode, unscramble, re-identify the platform data that is provided to you.
Use the application for creating a product or service, that is directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way substitutes the service.
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, and all other terms and policies in connection with your access or use of the application.
Objectionable content may not be posted or the App, includes but not limited to:
Sexually explicit material
Obscene, defamatory, slanderous, violent, or unlawful content
Content that infringes upon the rights of the third party, including trademark, or copyright
Personal or proprietary right or content that is deceptive or fraudulent
Content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances
By clicking on third party content or redirecting links posted on the Services, you understand that you may come across or encounter material and subject matter that:
You and other users may deem offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
Which may or may not be identified as having explicit language.
Content that appears as a link automatically or unintentionally as a reference to objectionable material.
By agreeing to this Agreement, you agree to use the third party content at your own risk, we shall have no liability for the material or information that is found to be objectionable. Furthermore, you will keep your user account information up to date, use reasonable means to protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized activity or any known access to your Account.
Neither Language of Love nor any of our partners shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss or corruption of data; loss of revenues, any entity, or any third person. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of whether or not the damages were foreseeable and whether or not Language of Love was advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, you acknowledge that:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the facilities and functionalities of the App meet your requirements as the platform is not developed to meet your individual requirements.
You agree not to use the App for any business or resale purposes, commercial use; as we have no liability to any user for loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.
We are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer for our breach of this EULA or negligence on our part, but we are not responsible for any unforeseeable loss or damage.
This Agreement shall be effective until you or Language of Love terminates it: (i) you may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device; (ii) we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time you remove your access to the application, or suspend, discontinue, enhance, update or otherwise modify the App, or its availability to you, at any point without prior notice.
We may terminate this EULA immediately without notice to you if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon the termination of the Agreement for any reason:
All rights granted to you under this EULA shall cease;
You must immediately cease all activities, including your use of any Services or any authorized by this EULA; and
you must immediately delete, remove, or uninstall the App from all the devices.
After you agree to this End User License Agreement, we may provide you with any written notice, request, or communications to you via email or contact number registered with us (for example, to the Apple or Facebook login credentials in your User Account with us) or via notification within the Language of Love Application (your User Account with us). You shall keep your personal details current, including your name, contact number, and email.
